Receta de Lasaña de carne
Lasagne recipe to conquer the most demanding palates. Although it is a very elaborate dish with many steps, it is very easy to prepare with the help of our food processor.
For the stuffing we have used beef and chicken, but if we prefer, and depending on our tastes, we can also use pork, in combination with the other two, with one of them or on its own.
When preparing a béchamel, it is always important not to stop stir all the time, so we make sure it does not brown in the background and has a proper texture.
That's why such recipes are perfect for use in our Küken food processor. Thanks to the stirring attachment and the continuous speed, an outstanding result is achieved.
Lasagne is one of those dishes that everyone likes and which is also very complete. You can prepare it with any filling you like and, although the process is somewhat laborious, the Küken robot and the oven do most of the work.

First of all, check the instructions on the pasta packaging, depending on the manufacturer and the type of pasta, it will need to be cooked or soaked. Follow the instructions and then start cooking in the food processor.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 150g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion, 80g of peeled and thickly sliced carrot, and 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and halved.
