Nut cream

For this recipe nut cream recipe, we can use raw or roasted nuts.

We recommend preparing it both ways and then choose the one you like best for future preparations.

The taste is different in both cases, and whether we like one more than the other will depend on our own tastes.

If we have bought the nuts raw we can toast them in the oven in a simple way and in either case we can use them peeled or with the skin. The end result will be a cream with a more toasted colour if you use them with the skin.

Steamed accelgas with chickpeas recipe

To prepare this recipe, we started from the base of having the chickpeas already cooked previously. Pre-cooked canned chickpeas can be used, but we recommend cooking them at home.

Also with our Küken robot, we will do it very easily. To cook them, first soak the chickpeas with a little salt, at least 8 hours before preparing the recipe

After this time and without any accessories inside our robot, we incorporate 1 liter of water and the chickpeas
Cook 45 minutes at 120º and speed 1. Drain the chickpeas and they are ready to be used in our recipe
